    The Lion Blade – Shi-Jin Midnight Hunter is a handcrafted Japanese knife created for
    those who value both performance and story. Forged by a Japanese craftsman, this knife is
    made under the Shi-Jin philosophy, symbolising strength, nobility, and the fierce spirit
    of a lion.
    The blade features a hammered finish, giving each piece a unique look and helping to
    reduce food sticking. Its curved profile and fulltang construction ensure reliable cutting
    power, stability, and long-term durability.
    The handle is made from natural redwood, offering a warm colour, distinctive grain, and a
    secure grip. Three rivets firmly secure the handle to the tang, giving the knife excellent
    balance and a trustworthy feel in the hand.
    Presented in an elegant black Lion Blade gift box, the Shi-Jin Redwood Hunter is ideal
